SNP Center
The JHU SNP Center is a high through-put genotyping facility featuring Illumina’s BeadArrayTM technology, serving JHU and the scientific community at large. This technology allows for the analysis of thousands of genotypes on a relatively small amount of DNA.
We feature a wide variety of fixed content products, including Genome Wide Association (GWA) chips, Linkage products, and specialty products such as non-synonomous SNP panels and methylation panels. We also assist customers with the creation of custom SNP panels.
