DNA Analysis Facility
The DNA Analysis Facility provides automated fluorescent sequencing and oligonucleotides to the Hopkins Community. We strive to provide our customers with high quality data at an affordable cost. Using the JHU Finch Server, we are able to capture orders, to distribute data, and to store it indefinitely. Data produced using the Applied Biosystems 3730xl DNA Analyzer is then made available for download, for online or offline viewing, and for editing through the conveniences of the web-based JHU Finch Server. We now offer oligonucleotides through Sigma-Genosys, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of ordering through the DNA Analysis Facility coupled with the low pricing of large manufacturing. Orders are placed through the JHU Finch Server and delivered with your regular Core Store deliveries, if you desire.
